Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you order multiple goods or one good in partial shipments, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good, the last partial shipment or the last piece. of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. 
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 13.99 for goods that can be sent by parcel post.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Additional note:
Unless otherwise specified, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature.

Returning goods

Please contact us before returning any goods.
Please note: We will refuse to accept any shipments sent carriage forward.
If, in the case of a return from a postage-free delivery due to an order value of over EUR 100, the remaining purchase value falls below EUR 100, you will lose the benefit of the original postage-free delivery. In this case, the postage for the original delivery will be automatically deducted when the amount is credited or transferred. For returned goods that were specially manufactured or ordered according to customer requirements and orders, a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged. Reduced goods are excluded from exchange and return.

In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender the services received and benefits derived (e.g. advantages of use) to us, either in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss in value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any benefits derived if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond checking its properties and functionality. "Checking the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a shop.
