Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, though its use is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.groever-propeller.de/withdrawal.php. If you use this online feature, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email) containing information about the content of the notice of withdrawal, as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are liable for any loss in value of the goods only if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Please note: We will refuse to accept shipments sent without prepaid shipping.
If, when returning goods from a shipment that was originally shipped with free shipping due to an order value exceeding EUR 100, the remaining purchase value falls below EUR 100, you will lose the benefit of the original free shipping. In this case, the shipping cost of the original shipment will be automatically deducted when the credit is issued or the amount is transferred. For returned merchandise that was specially manufactured or ordered according to the customer’s specifications and request, a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged. Sale items are excluded from exchange and return.
In the event of a valid cancellation, the performance received by both parties must be returned, and any benefits derived (e.g., interest) must be reimbursed. If you are unable to return the performance received and any benefits derived (e.g., benefits of use) to us—or can return them only in part or only in a deteriorated condition—you must compensate us for the loss in value to that extent. You are only required to provide compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any benefits derived to the extent that such benefits or deterioration result from handling the item in a manner that goes beyond the examination of its properties and functionality. “Examination of the properties and functionality” refers to testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store.
